I've rented properties from Eddie at Williams & Williams at two different locations in Denton over the past 10 years and was very pleased both times. Fantastic staff and great customer service all around. Over the course of 4 years there was never a time I had to wait for a response, everyone there was extremely prompt over the phone / via email.
